The Arnold Police Officers Association (APOA), together with its 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, Behind The Badge Inc., is committed to supporting Arnold Police Officers, their families, and the community we proudly serve.

Our mission extends beyond law enforcement. Through charitable giving, community outreach, and direct assistance, we work to strengthen relationships, support those facing difficult circumstances, and make a meaningful difference throughout Arnold and the surrounding communities.

Throughout the year, the APOA organizes events that bring residents and law enforcement together while raising funds for important charitable causes.

Signature events such as the Arnold Back the Blue Trivia Night and Back the Blue Car Show create opportunities for our community to connect with local law enforcement while directly supporting our charitable mission.

Funds raised through these events help support two important programs:

Provides financial assistance and support to Arnold Police Officers and their families during serious medical emergencies, life-threatening incidents, and other unexpected hardships.

Provides assistance to individuals, families, community programs, and charitable initiatives throughout Arnold and the surrounding area.

One of our most cherished traditions is our annual Shop with a Hero program.

Each December, the APOA provides more than $15,000 in assistance to over 150 local children and families, helping make the holiday season brighter for those experiencing financial hardship.

Shop with a Hero is about more than gifts. The program creates positive experiences and lasting memories by bringing children and families together with law enforcement officers, first responders, volunteers, and community partners.

It represents what our organization is all about:

Neighbors helping neighbors. Heroes helping families. A community taking care of its own.

Our commitment to service also includes supporting nonprofit and charitable organizations whose missions align with our own.

Each year, the APOA and Behind The Badge Inc. provide financial contributions and other assistance to organizations and programs addressing important needs throughout our community.

By partnering with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and residents, we can extend our reach and make an even greater impact.

For the men and women of the Arnold Police Officers Association, service does not end when the uniform comes off.

We believe strong communities are built through trust, compassion, relationships, and a willingness to help others.

Whether we are assisting an officer and their family during a crisis, helping a local child during the holidays, supporting another charitable organization, or bringing our community together through an event, our goal remains the same: To Serve. To Support. To Strengthen Our Community.
